Feature for two email in-folders, one for people in your adr book and the other not in your adr bk
New feature to store in-email in two folders; one for people in your adr book new email and one for unknown people new email. Your delete all email from uknown people is too severe as you will miss an email you want. And I have 150 email addresses in my adr book and don't want to have to create separate filters for each one. It would save much time.

Return the main screen to the number article last read, not no. 1, like it used to do.
Why does the main screen no longer return to the last video read (50 of 66) rather than only to 1 every time. Have tried several ways and still have to waste time scrolling to get back to where I was. This is my favorite feature of AOL and has totally disrupted the way it functions using AOL Desktop Gold. Hate the mail acting like Outlook and other less quality e-mails already. This is the last function that I love about AOL. PLEASE FIX IT ONCE AGAIN as it has happened before.

The new email layout is inferior. Why make a change like that? Please return to the previous layout. It's much better to navigate.

New email is worst. Bring back old page. Or I can leave AOL and spend my money elsewhere.
Bring back old email format. This one is unhelpful and not easily used. But fear not. AOL doesn't have to respond and I can find another provider to spend my money on.

I am totally '****** off' witjh Aol. I was reading an article about Man refusedc to be served and was interruped several times with POPup for Mc afee. I restarted reading the article about 5 times and repeatedly got interrupted again and again with the same ad. I wanted to finished the article but the popups kept coming up. Improve your Help Center
Cut down on the outside noise in the Help Center and get techs who can actually help. The one I had a couple of days ago, I couldn't understand his name, or most of everything he said -- what it boiled down to was it wasn't a problem with AOL -- it was my equipment. WRONG.
